Attorney Investigate Corruption Case in BKKBN

Skalanews - The Attorney General's Office (AGO) continues to investigate cases of alleged corruption Procurement KB II Batang Tiga Annual Plus Inserter Fiscal Year 2014-2015 at the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN RI).

To this day, Monday (31/7) Special Criminal Investigator summoned one witness namely Director of PT Phyto Kemo Agung Farma, Drs Poltak Sirait for inspection.

"At around 10:00 am the witness was present to meet the investigator's call and conducted the examination in essence explaining about the support given to the losing bidders and looking for comparison price," said Head of Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) Kejagung, M Rum in Kejagung, South Jakarta.

In this case investigators have examined the witness as many as 11 people. While investigators have set three suspects in this case namely initials YW as President Director of PT Triyasa Nagamas Farma, initials LW as Director of PT Djaja Bima Agung and initials KT as Head of Program Facilities which is also former Head of BKKBN Finance Bureau Facility.

Known Family Planning and Reproductive Health Unit (KB-KR) at the Directorate of Government of BKKBN Central conducts procurement activities of KB/Implan II Batang Tiga Tahunan Plus Inserter, with budget ceiling of Rp191.340.325.000.

"At the time of the auction process, the price quote submitted by the auction participants is under control, namely PT Djaya Bima Agung, who is also a bidder so that the prices are unreasonable and cause the low level of competence," he closed.(Frida Astuti/dbs)
