Skalanews - Chairman of the Commission Agus Rahardjo revealed the catching-hand (OTT) process in the District Court (PN) South Jakarta it secured 5 people.

"They are AKZ (Akhmad Zaini) legal counsel of PT ADI (Aquamarine Divindo Inspection), TMZ (Tarmizi) Substitute Clerk of South Jakarta District Court, TJ (Teddy Junaidi) honorary employee of South Jakarta District Court, FJG (Fajar Gora) another legal counsel of PT ADI and S (Solihan) rental driver hired by AKZ," he stated in a press conference at his office, Persada Kuningan, South Jakarta, Tuesday (22/8).

Agus added, the fifth security process is done in a row. Starting at 12:30 pm, the KPK team secured Akhmad in front of the mosque.

"TJ in the motorcycle parking of District Court then went to TMZ office room. The team secured FJG who was waiting in the courtroom and S in the car park," he said.

Especially for Akhmad, said Agus, it has been monitoring from Soekarno Hatta Airport, Cengkareng, Banten. "He arrived at 08:00 am from Surabaya. AKZ met TMZ at South Jakarta District Court. AKZ received a Rp250 million cheque from TMZ because TMZ could not cash the cheque," he explained.

Before being captured by KPK, Akhmad then cashed the cheque and another cheque that was brought worth Rp100 million. "In the bank BNI Ampera and enter the money into his BCA Bank account," said Agus.

Later, Akhmad made transfers between his BCA accounts with Teddy's account of Rp300 million.

"From this OTT process KPK secures proof of transfer of funds from AKZ account to TJ account," said Agus.

Agus said, from the evidence there are two transactions between Akhmad with Teddy. First, on August 16, Rp100 million. "And on August 21 of Rp300 million," he said.

Nevertheless, the Commission only set two people as a suspect. Namely, Akhmad and Tarmizi who are Substitute Registrar of South Jakarta District Court.
