Prosecutor Investigates Bank Jatim Burglary Worth Rp72 billion

Skalanews - Jakarta High Prosecutor Office is investigating the case of Bank Jatim Branch of Wolter Monginsidi Jakarta worth about Rp72, 3 billion.

"The investigation team has stepped up to investigate the case of KUR Bank Jatim in the supporting branch of Wolter Monginsidi Jakarta," said Jakarta Special Correctional Assistant (Aspidsus) Sarjono Turin at Kejati DKI building, South Jakarta, Tuesday (7/11).

Explained Turin, the mode used is the disbursement of funds People's Business Credit (KUR) to 172 debtors who are entirely fictitious.

"172 depitur who seem to ask for a loan of Rp500 million each in fact the customer list is fictitious," continued Turin.

In fact the list of 172 debtors is the initiation of 4 perpetrators only. However, no one has been named a suspect in this case.

"Of the 172 debtors coordinated by 4 people, it turns out that the recipient is only 4," detailed Turin.

The money from credit disbursement is then insured to the Public Corporation Credit Guarantee Indonesia (Perum Jamkrindo) in 2010 to 2012.

In this case, a number of people have been investigated by the investigators, namely Jamkrindo and Bank Jatim Branch Head and supporting Branch of Bank Jatim of Wolter Monginsidi.
