Skalanews - Attorney General's Intelligence Team secures Herry, convicted of a fraud case of Rp22 billion. The entrepreneur was secured at Soekarno Hatta Airport (Soetta) on Monday (15/1) yesterday at 14.50 wib.

"Based on the decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 66K/Pid/2016 dated May 2, 2016, in his conviction that the convicted Herry has been proven legally and convincingly committed fraud of Rp 22.390.000.000," said Head of Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) M Rum when a press conference at Kejagung building, South Jakarta, Tuesday (16/1).

Herry who was sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in prison by the Supreme Court was known to have escaped since two years ago. The Public Prosecution Team of Makassar together with the South Sulawesi High Prosecutor's Office has been searching for the Makassar area, but was caught at Soetta Airport by the AGO Monitoring Center team.

"The capture was in Soetta, from where and where to go, we do not know, but he caught without a fight," he continued.

The alleged fraud that ensnare Herry began in 2012 then. At that time Herry asked the victims of PT Hengtraco Dinamika, Tommy Lybianto and brother Lo Khie Sin to pay off the bad credit of the assets that have been pledged in Bank CIMB Niaga Makassar worth Rp22 billion.
