Allegedly Embezzle Fund Party, Oesman Reported to Police

Skalanews - Vice Chairman of the DPP Hanura Party Kubu Daryatmo, Sudewa reported Chairman of Hanura Party Oesman Sapta Odang (OSO) to Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) National Police of Indonesia. OSO was reported with alleged embezzlement of party funds.

"Reported Mr. OSO who was still a Chairman of the DPP Hanura Party exercised power as chairman for personal gain, which attracted money from parties here and there, including money from candidates from district heads entered into personal accounts of OSO securities," said Sudewa in Bareskrim, Central Jakarta, Monday (22/1).

Deed drawn by OSO from national and political unity (Kesbangpol), prospective candidates in elections, and dues Hanura cadres. After the money is collected and then put into PT OSO Sekuritas Indonesia.

"The question is whether Hanura has a cooperation agreement with OSO Securities for financial management, is not there, there is a choice of other banks why should go into personal accounts, which should be a big question," he continued.

In addition, in the process of funding into OSO Securities, done not according to the Hanura Statute. "There is no DPP meeting, it's just a command from OSO as Chairman," he concluded.

OSO itself is reportedly suspected of embezzlement or will be subject to Section 372 and Section 374 of the Criminal Code on fraud and embezzlement.
