KPK Reminds Ministers for Not Accepting Bribery and Gratuity

Skalanews - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) reminded all ministers who are members of the Indonesia Maju cabinet, not to accept anything related to their position.

 "As part of efforts to prioritize the prevention of corruption, the KPK also calls on newly appointed officials, especially those who have just become state administrators, to be aware of new legal restrictions, such as a ban on accepting bribes, gratuities, facilitation payments, or names  another, "said KPK Spokesman Febri Diansyah in his statement on Thursday (10/24).

Especially the new officials, the KPK reminded them to dare to refuse all forms of gifts related to their positions.  However, if under pressure and cannot refuse, the state administrators must report to the KPK.

 "For example, because of indirect granting, it must be immediately reported to the KPK within no later than 30 working days," concluded Febri.  (Frida Astuti/Bus)
